Year of the Snake is around the corner. Oakland museum will welcome the New Year with fortune-filled events!

Sunday, Feb. 17th, I am going to the Oakland museum and participate the celebration.

I will bring Bok Jumoni and other bojagi works to share.

There will be lots of other interesting demonstrations, hands on activities and performances.

 "Gangnam style" dance corner will be held by UC Berkeley's Korean performance group.

Mochi pounding, Chinese lion dance, martial art, Chinese yo-yo, tai chi and Sogetsu Ikebana flower arrangements.....

It will be a fun day to discover the diversity of Lunar New Year tradition practices across the globe!
