Jumoni-ful of happiness Bojagi

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

I had a wonderful time at the ski resort with my family.

We went up to the mountains in between 2 storms but enjoyed a sunny day with powder snow.

As I posted before, I am going to teach Bojagi class in January and the first project will be bok filled jumoni.

Bok means happiness in Korean and jumoni means pouch.

Bok jumoni can be translated as a pouch filled with happiness!

Let's see how many different jumoni that I can show you.

Some are made with Sukgosa (Korean silk with patterns) and some are made with Moshi (ramie).

Let me share my students' jumoni here!

We made a lot for ourselves and for presents. I would say it's addicting because we had to make more and more :)

Thanks to Youn Kuy and Young Joo for letting me use these pictures.

I am a proud teacher who is bragging about students' accomplishment!

And this new one is made with brocade.

Please take any happiness from these jumoni and have a wonderful new year!
