Waiting for Summer

Summer is coming

I think now is a good time to slow down and reflect on how I've spent the first half of 2018. No matter how much I plan, sometimes life goes on its own way. However, I feel that I need to re-set my mind and steer into a direction that will lead me to a creative life. I hope I can find some quiet time to read and recharge myself.

I have a few classes planned, a group exhibition, and even a trip to Turkey before I head to Korea in October. Being busy is a blessing in my life!

Family Time
View this email in your browser

 Just came back home!

I took a trip to the Mediterranean sea to spend some time with my family. Since it was a family trip, I didn't have much time to explore rich textile culture but I feel that I came back home with lots of inspirations. I will be traveling toward SoCal next weekend to participate on 'Irvine Korean Festival'. If you are in SoCal, please come and try to make your own Kkot Jumeoni, flower shape pouch!
Saturday, May 12th 10am-5pm.
